We signed up in November 2017. We signed up for 4 months SEM, we were inundated with sales calls and wrong numbers.

Even after the 4 months, we didn't sign another contract but they kept charging us. Complained several times, tried cancelling, they just kept sending bills. I had to beg to get statistics, reports. Apparently I was able to get online but their sales person never instructed us on how to get them.

We have wasted thousands of dollars with very little return on investment. We dreaded when a ReachLocal call came in because we knew it would be garbage. They have no idea what they are doing.

Please do not waste your money! We have worked with several companies doing SEM and SEO, this one is horrible!
